钢丝绳拉力试验机计算机控制系统设计

摘要:为了提高钢丝绳拉力试验机的效率,在钢丝绳拉力试验机上加装计算机控制系统。通过测力与液压控制下位机来采集钢丝绳拉力与伸长量,通过测长下位机来实时完成测控功能,由包括主机、打印机、CRT显示器、键盘和鼠标等组成的上位机来完成钢丝绳的参数设定、装夹移动速度设定、拉力加载速度设定,采用异步半双工485总线完成上位机与下位机的通信,试验的拉伸、保压、卸压过程可在计算机控制下自动完成。该系统提高了试验机的可靠性和控制精度,增强了试验机的适应性及易用性。

The Computer Control System of Steel Cable Drawing Force Experiment Machine

Abstract:computer control system is added to the wire rope tensile testing machine in order to improve the efficiency. Through the design of a force measuring and control of hydraulic machine to acquisition of wire rope tension and elongation, the design of a length measuring machine to complete the real-time monitoring and control functions, the design consists of host, printer, CRT display, keyboard and mouse PC, complete wire rope parameter setting and clamping speed setting tensile loading speed setting, uses asynchronous half duplex 485 bus to complete the communication between upper computer and lower computer,the test of tensile strength, pressure, pressure unloading process can be automatically completed under computer control. This system improves the reliability and accuracy of the test machine, and enhances the adaptability and ease of use.
