水陆两栖飞机机头三段对合装配技术研究

摘要:某型水陆两栖飞机机头具有尺寸大、结构外形复杂的特点,其特有的下部船体机身结构与常规的大飞机机头有着相当大的差异,造成对接区域装配空间狭小、对接装配技术难度大等问题,常规的上、下工艺分离面装配的方法已不适用。通过对该型飞机机头的整体结构进一步分析与研究,提出了驾驶舱、下部船体、上部桶三段对合装配技术,经技术评估、装配工程实践,验证了三段对合装配技术的有效性。

Abstract:Amphibious aircraft nose has big size and complicated structure form. Its special lower hull structure is quite different from conventional large aircraft fuselage nose. This caused the assembly space docking area, such as docking assembly technology difficult problem. The conventional upper and lower technology separation surface fitting method is not applicable. Based on the overall structure of the aircraft head further analysis and research, three period of involution assembly technology is proposed in this paper. Through technical evaluation and engineering practice of assembly, to verify the effectiveness of the three sections of involution assembly technology.
