堆焊技术在热工试验装置稳压器上应用的可行性分析

摘要:以堆焊技术为出发点,以稳压器为例进行分析,探讨了堆焊技术在试验装置上应用的可行性,重点分析了压力容器堆焊的几个主要关键问题,包括堆焊方法、母材性能、堆焊材料、堆焊层内壁开孔和压力容器制造厂的堆焊工艺,以确保低合金钢+堆焊不锈钢的可操作性,同时满足试验设备的热容要求。

Feasibility Analysis of Application of Surfacing Technology on Pressurizer of Thermal Test Equipment

Abstract:Taking surfacing technology as the starting point, illustrated by the case of pressurizer, feasibility of application of surfacing technology on test device has been explored, for several key issues ( including surfacing welding method, base metal performance, surfacing material, inner wall opening on surfacing layer, surfacing technology of manufacturers ) have been analysised, to ensure maneuverability of low alloy steel and stainless steels for surfacing welding, also meet the heat capacity requirement of test equipment.
