连续管自动排管装置改造

摘要:连续管作业机所使用的排管装置,大多采用双向丝杠传动方式。这种方式虽然简便,但因双向丝杠的加工困难,不能适用于不同连续管管径,排管器滑动容易卡住或损坏等缺点给连续管正常作业带来不便。提供一种液压自动排管方式,由卷筒的旋转驱动液压马达工作,液压马达再带动丝杠旋转,致使排管器滑动。

Modification of Coiled Tubing Racking Arrangement

Abstract:Most tubing racking arrangement used on coiled tubing machines are in the manner of guide screw transmission. Although simple in configuration, the bidirectional guide screw is difficult to fabricate, and can’t suit for tubing with different diameters, and also the slide-block tends to stuck or even get broken. A hydraulic controlled arrangement for tubing racking is explained in this issue. The reel’s rotation makes the hydraulic motor work, along with rotation of the guide screw, allows the slide-block to move.
