行车小车行走及旋转机构强度校核

摘要:行车是钢铁生产过程中必不可少的起重机械,其运行是否顺畅直接影响着整个生产线的顺行,并对安全性和经济型造成极大影响。结合现场实际情况有针对性的进行分析,经讨论后确定改造措施,对行车小车行走机构及旋转机构的强度及可靠性进行校核,并且重新选型后满足强度及可靠性,小车的故障率大大降低,彻底解决了小车行走机构故障频发的问题。

Strength Check of Running Mechanism & Rotating Mechanisms of Beam Trolley

Abstract:The travelling crane is an indispensable hoisting machine and occupies a decisive position during steel production. Its smooth operation will directly impact the whole production line and pose significant influence on the safety and economy. In combination of the actual site conditions, this article conducts specific analysis and determines reconstruction measures after discussion, the paper checks the strength and reliability of the running mechanism and rotating mechanism of the beam trolley, so as to re-select the models to meet the requirements of the strength and reliability thereof, and reduce the fault rate of the beam trolley greatly so as to thoroughly resolve frequent breakdowns of travelling crane.
