智能仓储系统设计与开发应用

摘要:当前全球在“德国工业4.0”、“中国制造2025”、“美国工业互联网”等新兴理念强烈冲击影响下,设备自动化、生产智能化、需求个性化已成为新兴工业发展的代表性特征。在研发设计、生产加工、质量检测、物流运输、采购销售等整合的供应链管理下,为构建智能仓储管理系统作为“互联网+工业”的核心基础组成地位,通过对电子OEM行业的深入调研分析,采用BPM梳理优化PCBA生产加工流程,全面设计仓储管理系统框架结构、数据库结构和仓储系统的各个功能模型图,参考行业特征和物料仓储物流线路,结合立体仓储柜体运行特性,考虑系统间集成有效性,确保数据实时高效流通,依据全供应链管理要求对智能仓储管理系统进行设计。实现仓储过程的管理系统化、操作信息化、储运自动化、数据智慧化、网络协同化,提高产线上拣货和运输速度,避免投料错误,提高生产效率。

The Design and Development Application of Intelligent Storage System

Abstract:With the strong impact of emerging concepts such as "German industry 4.0", "made in China 2025" and "American industrial Internet", the automation of equipment, intelligent production and personalized demand have become representative features of the development of emerging industries. To build intelligent warehouse management system as the core foundation of "Internet + industry" of status in the integrated supply chain management of research and development design, production processing, quality testing, logistics transportation, procurement and sales environment. According to investing and analyzing of the electronic OEM industry, optimizing the production and processing flow of PCBA, designing various functional model diagrams of the warehousing management system framework, the database structure and the warehousing system comprehensively, consulting the industry characteristics and the material warehousing logistics line, combining the operation characteristics of the three-dimensional storage cabinet, considering of the integration effectiveness of the system and he intelligent warehouse management system according to the whole supply chain management requirements to ensure the real-time and efficient circulation of the data, realize the management system, operation informatization, storage and transportation automation, data intelligence, and network synergization, increase the speed of production line efficiency and avoid errors of feeding.
