自主全景天窗设计

摘要：介绍全景天窗的自主设计，以现有的平台车型为载体，以目前国外市场流行的全景天窗为标杆，以外观造型、结构强度、密封性、耐久性及使用方便性为主要研究对象，开发出顶盖外滑式全景天窗，其中天窗玻璃分为三块，占车顶面积的85%，开口透光面积占玻璃面积的65%，前后玻璃固定，中间玻璃可打开外滑，配备手动遮阳帘，较好的保证了乘客头部空间和视野。与传统的单天窗相比，优化了顶盖视野，提高了乘坐舒适性，整体开发水平国内领先。

Abstract：This article describes the independent design of panoramic sunroof, carried over the old platform model, made the current popular panoramic sunroof in the foreign market as benchmark, Developed slip open outside panoramic sunroof, glass of the panoramic sunroof is divided into three part, accounting for 85% of the roof area, open light transmission area of glass area of 65%, front and rear part are fixed, the middle glass can be opened outside, equipped with manual sunshade, better to ensure that the passenger head space and vision. Compared with the traditional single sunroof, panoramic sunroof optimized the roof view and Improved the comfort of passenger.
