摘要:为了研究悬架系统充气过程对车体高度的主要影响因素,对某型带附加气室的双囊式空气弹簧的物理特性曲线进行拟合。运用工程热力学、流体力学和空气动力学理论,建立空气弹簧充气数学模型。运用Simulink/MATLAB建立带附加气室空气弹簧的充气模型,分别仿真计算不同附加气室容积、充气流量和减振器阻尼系数对空气弹簧高度的影响。结果表明充气流量对气囊的伸长量影响最大,并且充气流量越大,气囊伸长量越大。

Research on the Dynamic Characteristics of Charge and Discharge Process of Air Suspension

Abstract:In order to study the main influencing factors of the inflatable process of the suspension system on the height of the vehicle body, Fit the physical characteristic curve of a certain type double capsule air spring With additional chamber. Use the theory of vibration mechanics, engineering thermodynamics, hydrodynamics and aerodynamics, and use the simulink/MATLAB soft to establish the physical model of suspension system, Simulate and calculate the the effect of different additional chamber volume, inflation flow and damper damping coefficient on tne hight of the air springs respectively. The results show that the inflow flow has the greatest effect on the elongation of the balloon, and the larger the inflated flow rate is, the larger the balloon elongation is.
