石化装置离心式压缩机干气密封故障分析与对策

摘要：干气密封在离心式压缩机组上应用越来越广泛，在安装和运行过程中出现故障频率也在上升，通过对公司几台离心式压缩机组干气密封故障的分析和总结，提出相应有效的处理方法和预防措施，这将有利于防止类似故障的发生，保证核心设备的安稳运行和装置长周期运行。

Abstract：Due to the application of dry gas seal in centrifugal compressor is more and more widely, the frequency of failure is also rising in the process of installation and operation. Through analysis and summary of the company a few sets of centrifugal compressor dry gas seal failure, and puts forward the treatment method and the corresponding prevention measures effectively, which will help prevent the similar failure, to ensure long-term stable operation and operation of key equipment.
