挤压式花生剥壳机的技术改造

摘要:传统的挤压式花生剥壳机采用机械变速控制,速度不准确,传动复杂,容易产生噪声、振动等问题,对此,将轧辊的动力从主电动机中分离出来,单独设电机驱动,用PLC控制,实现变频调速。对样机进行性能测试,其剥净率≥98.1%、破碎率≤4.0%、损伤率≤3.5%、损失率≤0.5%、含杂率≤3.0%、有效度≥98.07%等指标都优于改造前,达到了国标要求,变频调速减少了共振源,使剥壳机运行更加平稳,满足剥壳种子花生和批量生产的需要。

Abstract:The extrusion type peanut shelling machine adopts the traditional mechanical transmission control, the speed is not accurate, the traditional complex, prone to noise and vibration problems, in this regard, will roll out from the main motor power separation, separate motor drive, PLC control, inverter. The performance test of the prototype, the peeling rate is more than 98.1%, the broken rate is less than 4%, the damage rate is less than 3.5%, the loss rate is below 0.5%, the impurity rate is less than 3%, the effective degree is larger than 98.07% are better than before, up to the national standard, to reduce the resonance frequency source, the shelling machine runs more smoothly, can meet the needs of mass production and peanut shelling seeds.
