关于仪表板头碰问题优化

摘要:仪表板是汽车上最主要的内饰件之一,仪表板头碰性能直接影响到车辆的被动安全性。介绍了某车型仪表板头碰问题的优化,通过数据及CAE分析,从仪表板系统的结构方面入手,同时实施十个优化点的优化,最终解决该车型的仪表板头碰问题。着重分析了十个优化点的具体优化方案以及优化后头碰性能的具体性能提升和仪表板模态变化,为后期的仪表板设计起到指导作用。

The Design of Dashboard Defrost Duct

Abstract:Dashboard is one of the most important interior parts in the vehicle. The performance of head impact on the instrument panel affects the passive safety of a vehicle. This article focuses on the optimizations of the head impact problem in a certain vehicle. By means of the dashboard system structure, and the optimization of the ten optimization methods, we finally solve the problem of the dashboard head impact of the vehicle using CAE analysis. This paper focuses ten optimization methods and the improvement of the performance of dashboard and the modal changes of the dashboard, which can guide the design of the dashboard.
