柴油机组内部锈蚀的典型事件分析

摘要:首先对柴油机内部锈蚀原因进行分析。柴油机放置一段时间后调试前发现内部锈蚀,在此期间在试验间内的机组试验台上先后进行了三台机组试验(试验时恰逢雨季空气湿度较大),机组试验台累计工作近134小时。由于柴油机与机组试验台排气系统共用一个排气烟囱,机组试验时造成该柴油机排气系统负压,致使环境空气沿特定路径在柴油机内部流通,在流通过程中,随着温度降低,湿度增加,饱和后形成冷凝水,气缸内部分冷凝水流入油底壳,之后在柴油机进排气系统及油底壳存留的冷凝水再蒸发成水蒸气弥漫于柴油机进排气系统及柴油机内腔,从而造成柴油机的内部锈蚀。然后根据锈蚀的零部件精密度、配合情况采取了不同的除锈工艺。最后提出预防措施:发动机/机组连接到测试台上之后必须在1周内进行试验;发动机/机组未运行达2周时必须进行封存;所有测试台上的发动机/机组在运行后应急蝶阀必须全部关闭。

Typical Analysis of Corrosion in Diesel Units

Abstract:This paper firstly analyses the causes of corrosion in diesel engine. Diesel engine is placed after a period of time before debugging found internal corrosion, within the period between the test unit test has three sets of tests have been carried out on stage (test coincides with the rainy season when air humidity is bigger, the unit test bench accumulated nearly 134 hours. Because of the diesel engine exhaust system and unit test bed sharing a exhaust chimney, the diesel engine exhaust system was caused when the unit test negative pressure, internal circulation of air along a specific path in diesel engine. Along the path diesel engine air circulation in the process, with lower temperature, the humidity increases, forming a condensed water after saturation, part of the condensate in the air cylinder into the oil pan, then left in the diesel engine exhaust system and oil sump to evaporate into water vapor condensed water permeated into the exhaust system and inner chamber diesel engine, resulting in the internal corrosion of diesel engine. Then according to the corroded parts precision and cooperation, different rust removal technology is adopted. Finally, it is necessary to carry out the test in one week after the engine/unit is connected to the test platform. The engine/unit must be mothballed when it is not running for 2 weeks; All engine/units on the test platform must be closed after the operation of the emergency butterfly valve (A side and B side).
