基于LabVIEW的点焊电流检测系统开发

摘要:阐述电阻点焊监测系统的结构及发展方向,对电流传感器和数据采集卡进行了选择设计,实现了以工控机为平台的点焊电流监测系统硬件结构搭建。通过LabVIEW软件开发平台,建立点焊电流软件监测系统主界面,完成了点焊电流信号的数据采集与显示。通过开发LabVIEW软件数字滤波器程序选择结构功能,进行数字滤波器选择判定,确认了椭圆数字滤波器更适用于本研究工程应用。同时,通过设计添加软件数据存储模块,实现了点焊电流监测系统的数据存储与调用功能。

Development of Spot Welding Current Detection System by LabVIEW

Abstract:This paper describes the structure and development trend of resistance spot welding monitoring system, current sensor and data acquisition card designed to establish hardware structure of spot welding current monitoring system based on IPC. The main interface of the spot welding current software monitoring system is established by the LabVIEW software development platform and completing the data acquisition and display of spot welding current. Through the development of program selection function structure by the LabVIEW digital filter , conducting determination of digital filter selection, which confirms that the elliptic digital filter is more suitable for the application of this study. At the same time, through the design of software data storage module, the data storage and call function of spot welding current monitoring system is realized.
