浅析蒸汽主管和直连管应力计算

摘要:以某项目4.6万吨BDO甲醇装置为背景,对中压蒸汽管道进行了热应力实例分析。介绍了甲醇装置内管廊中压过热蒸汽特点并进行了分析。对蒸汽总管膨胀应力,膨胀量大小采取∏形补偿器进行补偿做了定量的分析,从而保证蒸汽管道在后续运行中的安全可靠。对塔类设备与立式再沸器对连时的管道应力进行了分析,对塔与立式再沸器连接时,针对不同的产品及装置特点,在应力分析时考虑了两种不同的方案,满足了应力分析规范要求,并保证装置的正常运行。

Analysis of Stress Calculation for Steam Supervisor and Direct Pipe

Abstract:A thermal stress analysis was carried out for the medium pressure steam pipeline based on 46000 tons BDO’s Methanol device as background. In methanol device pipe-rack, the characteristics of medium pressure superheated steam were introduced and analyzed. For the purpose of safety and reliability in the subsequent operation of the steam, the steam main pipe thermal expansion stress and the expansion amount to take Π-shaped compensation were calculated and taken by quantitative analysis. The pipe stress were analyzed for tower equipment straight connected with reboiler. There are two methods to be considered for different products and device features. These would comply with stress standards requirement and ensure piping systems normal operation.
