基于CETOL的变速器壳体孔系位置度加工定位基准研究

摘要:以某变速器壳体的孔系作为研究对象,已知加工时对壳体采用一面两销的形式进行定位,考虑到不同的定位基准会带来不同的位置度,故为了得到孔系的最小位置度结果,需要在待选的加工基准组合方案中选择最优的方案,为此建立了变速器壳体孔系位置度的三维公差分析模型,把尺寸公差、形位公差、过程能力及孔销浮动等因素考虑在内,基于CETOL软件,采用统计法计算了在5种不同的加工定位基准情况下孔系的位置度,找出了控制孔系位置度的最佳方案,对实际生产加工起到了指导作用。

Processing Locating Datum Research for Location of the Transmission Housing Holes Based on CETOL

Abstract:Take the transmission housing holes as study object, the housing is located in the form of a plane and two pins during processing, different location datum relate to different position. So, in order to get the smallest position results, the best location datum scheme should be chose from the candidates. Three-dimensional tolerance analysis model for location of the transmission housing holes was established, the dimensional tolerance, geometric tolerance, process capacity and hole-shaft float are took into account, based on the CETOL software, the location of transmission housing holes is calculated by statistical method under the condition of five schemes of processing locating datum. Then the best schemes to control the location of transmission holes was found out, the conclusion was used to conduct the processing.
