基于TAITherm的某重型车仪表台热害分析

摘要:随着重型卡车的高速发展,越来越多的智能化的电子设备集成应用于重型卡车产品上。由于仪表台布置空间有限,电子化设备之间的热辐射也逐步成为设计师们重点关注的对象。论文所研究的某重型车仪表台内部电器盒位于MP5主机的正后方,电器盒的工作温升可能会超出MP5的工作环境温度,造成MP5出现死机等故障;同时MP5的工作温升也可能造成电器盒内部温度升高,引起继电器故障。利用TAITherm软件建立某重型车仪表台的热分析网络模型,计算了电器盒与MP5两大热源在40摄氏度的环境温度下连续工作3小时后的温升情况,并通过参数对比,分析电器盒与MP5相互间的热辐射影响。通过热害仿真分析,确保该仪表台内部温度场分布满足车辆使用要求,避免实车仪表台出现热害问题,同时也缩短车辆开发周期。

Heat Damage Analysis of a Heavy Vehicle Instrument Table Based on TAITherm

Abstract:With the rapid development of heavy-duty trucks, more and more intelligent electronic equipments are integrated into heavy truck products. Due to the limited space of the instrument platform, the thermal radiation between the electronic equipment has gradually become the focus of attention of designers. In this paper a heavy vehicle dashboard inside the electrical box located in the MP5 host is rear, may exceed the working temperature of the working temperature of MP5 electrical box, cause MP5 crash faults; at the same time working temperature rise of MP5 may cause the internal temperature of the electric box increases, cause relay failure. Thermal analysis of the network model in this paper a heavy vehicle dashboard by using TAITherm software, calculate the electric box and the MP5 two heat source at ambient temperature of 40 degrees Celsius after 3 hours of continuous work of temperature rise, and through comparison of parameters, analysis of thermal radiation effects between MP5 and electric box. Through the simulation analysis of thermal damage, the temperature field distribution in the instrument station can meet the requirements of the vehicle, and the thermal hazard in the vehicle instrument platform can be avoided and the development cycle of the vehicle can be shortened.
