一种基于响应面法的动力涡轮轴强度可靠性分析计算方法

摘要:动力涡轮轴在工作时承受着较大离心载荷、预紧力载荷、热载荷以及扭矩载荷等,为提高动力涡轮轴的安全性,研究其可靠性具有重要的现实意义,以动力涡轮轴为研究对象,考虑材料性能、结构尺寸和载荷参数的随机性,对其进行参数化建模,通过混合模拟(有限元、响应面、改进一次二阶矩法三者结合)的方法对其进行可靠性分析,该方法计算量小、拟合精度高、速度快。

A Strength reliability Analysis Calculation Method of Power Turbine Shaft Based on Response Surface

Abstract:Power turbine shaft suffers from rather impacting load resulted from centrifugal force、preload、temperature、and torque load in the process of working. Therefore studying the reliability of Power turbine shaft to improve safety is very important. Considering Power turbine shaft as research target, a kind of finite element model is built up parametrically after material capability, geometrical parameters and load parameters of Power turbine shaft were taken as input random variables. By means of hybrid simulation method(combined FEM, response surface with improved FOSM simulation method), analysis results showed that this method has a small amount of calculation, high fitting precision and highspeed.
