混凝土搅拌站气路管径设计研究

摘要:混凝土搅拌站中气路系统的稳定性对搅拌站的顺利运行有着至关重要的作用。气路系统中管径选择对于气路系统有着最基本的影响,管径偏大会增加搅拌站的成本,偏小会影响气体的正常使用。对混凝土搅拌站气路系统进行了系统的分析计算,并给出了某型号HZS180搅拌站的合理管径大小。在实际应用中,该管径使用状况稳定,取得了良好的经济及实用效果。

Design and Research of Concrete Mixing Station Pneumatic Pipe Diameter

Abstract:In Concrete mixing station the stability of gas path system has crucial effect to mixing station running smoothly. The choice of pipe diameter on gas path system has a fundamental effect. When the diameter is too large will increase the corresponding cost, small will affect the normal use of gas. In this paper, on the concrete mixing station gas path system for system analysis and calculation. And gives a model HZS180 mixing reasonable tube diameter. In practical application, The use of this tube diameter is stable, and gained good economy and its practical effect.
