MK8440A型数控轧辊磨床砂轮主轴模态分析

摘要：以MK8440A型数控轧辊磨床为研究对象，介绍了的主轴的结构，利用UG对磨床的主轴进行了三维建模，通过ANSYS软件进行模态分析，并对分析的结果进行了进一步探讨，找出了主轴的薄弱环节，使其在刚度指标上达到最优，并验证了设计的合理性。

Abstract：Based on the research object of MK8440A type CNC roll grinding machine, Introduces the structure of the spindle of spindle of grinding machine using UG for 3D modeling, And modal analysis is carried out by ANSYS software, The analysis results were further discussed that the weak links of the spindle, the optimal stiffness index, and to verify the rationality of the design.
