核电厂1E级电缆老化监测研究

摘要:在核电厂运行期间,必须对1E电缆的老化状况进行监测跟踪。论述了当前常用的电缆老化监测手段,研究了新的电缆老化监测方法,并对未来检测技术发展趋势做出展望。利用X射线衍射法,可以通过跟踪交联聚乙烯(XLPE)特定晶面衍射峰强度的变化来对XLPE绝缘电缆的老化状况进行评估。为核电厂1E级电缆的老化监测与管理,以及电缆的寿命评估提供参考。

Research on Class 1 Cable Aging Monitoring in Nuclear Power Plant

Abstract:In the operation of nuclear power plants, we must monitor the aging status of class 1 cable. The article introduces the current commonly used cable aging monitoring method, studied the new cable aging monitoring methods, and make an outlook for the detection technology development trend in the future. Using the method of X-ray diffraction, the aging of crosslinked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cables can be evaluated by tracking the change of specific crystal diffraction peak intensity of XLPE. It can provide reference for the aging monitoring and management of class 1 cable, as well as the life assessment of the cable.
