一种牵引车的稳定性分析

摘要:介绍了叉车稳定性校核的现状以及提出了牵引车稳定性分析的问题。针对问题说明了站驾式牵引车的大致结构,结合阿克尔曼转向原理建立了具有纵向、横向和横摆自由度的整车模型。利用建立的力学模型结合实际研发的牵引车实施了稳定性计算和分析。结果表明:该稳定性分析方法,保证了牵引车在转弯时的转向稳态稳定性和安全。

Stability Analysis of a Tractor

Abstract:The situation of forklift truck stability verification is introduced and the tractor stability analysis topic is pointed out. Regarding this topic, the simplified structure of a tractor is explained, and a tractor model with the longitudinal、lateral and the yaw movement is built with Ackermann steering principle. Base on the tractor model, a stability calculation and analysis is carried out for a developing tractor. Result shows that this analysis method ensure the steady state stability and safety of the tractor when cornering.
