插装阀集成块内部流道流场分析研究

摘要:以设计研发的一种高性能电液比例插装阀为研究对象,应用流体分析软件FLUENT对插装阀集成块中的典型转向流道进行数值模拟研究,分析了流道的工艺孔容腔以及流道的非正交连接方式对集成块内部流场的影响,得到了典型转向流道的的速度矢量图以及压力云图。研究结果表明:在插装阀集成块流道布局允许的前提下,应尽量采用管道正交的连通方法并减少或避免工艺孔容腔的数量,以降低插装阀集成块内部流道的能耗损失。根据模拟仿真结果,优化高性能电液比例插装阀集成块内部的流道结构。

Analysis and Research of the Flow Field of Channel Inside Hydraulic Manifold Block for Cartridge Valve

Abstract:According to the high-performance electro-hydraulic proportional cartridge valve which was designed by ourselves, the fluid analysis software FLUENT was applied to the numerical simulation of the typical turning channel inside hydraulic manifold block for cartridge valve. The influence of the redundant technique-cavities and the non orthogonal connection mode of the flow field of channel inside hydraulic manifold block were analyzed, the velocity vector diagram and pressure contour of the typical turning channel were obtained. The results indicated that we should use the pipeline orthogonal connection method as far as possible and reduce or avoid the number of the redundant technique-cavities to reduce the energy loss of the the flow field of channel inside hydraulic manifold block under the premise of the channel inside hydraulic manifold block for cartridge valve. According to the simulation results, the channel structure of the high-performance electro-hydraulic proportional cartridge valve was optimized.
