基于Master CAM的大型锻件标识加工

摘要：针对防喷器产品的质量追溯及永久标识加工的问题，采用数控机床加工永久标识的工艺方法，结合自动编程软件编程方法，在防喷器表面形成永久的文字痕迹。此种工艺方法加工永久标识清晰、可操作性强、生产效率高，已经应用于大多数锻件防喷器。

Abstract：In order to solve the problem of the product quality tracking and product marking, using the method NC machining process, and using the CAM softer ware to write the NC program and to form the permanents traces on the BOP surface. By using this method, the traces are clear, the operation is simple, the production efficiency is high, and this method is used in the most of models bop.
