耐张塔滑车悬挂器的有限元分析和结构优化

摘要:为了改变现场粗犷的施工模式,设计了悬挂器,用于将放线滑车悬挂在铁塔的横担上。首先为了清楚悬挂器的工况条件,对其受力进行了分析。然后建立了三维几何模型和有限元计算模型。基于计算得到的应力云图,对钢索孔的横向位置进行了优化,减少了悬挂器和横担角钢的应力;并对零件进行了局部增强和削弱,减小了设备的应力和重量。

Finite Element Analysis and Structure Optimization of Suspension Device for String Blocks on Tension Tower

Abstract:The suspension device is designed for suspending the string block on the cross arm of the tension tower in order to upgrade the operation in the construction process. Firstly, the force analysis is investigated for understanding the work condition. Secondly, the three dimensional geometrical modeling and the finite element computing modeling are set up. Finally, the dimension in the horizontal direction of the suspension hole is optimized based on the stress contours. The results show that the stresses of suspension device and angle steel on the cross arm are decreased after the optimization. The suspension device is also locally strengthened and weakened. The results show that the weight and stress of the device are decreased.
