行星齿轮传动机构虚拟样机仿真研究

摘要:首先利用三维建模软件SolidWorks和仿真分析软件ADAMS进行行星齿轮机构三维模型的建立,然后对行星齿轮机构进行两种不同工作状态下的运动学分析和改变转速、扭矩、阻尼系数等条件下的动力学分析,最后将理论数据与仿真结果相比较,验证仿真结果的正确性,此次研究所得结果可分析出不同状态下行星齿轮机构中零部件的速度波动情况和受力情况,为行星齿轮机构优化设计提供了理论基础。

Simulation Research on Virtual Prototype of Planetary Gear Transmission Mechanism

Abstract:At first, we establish the 3D model of planetary gear mechanism by using the SolidWorks that is a 3D modeling software and ADMAS that is a simulation software. then we analysis the planetary gear mechanism about kinematics in two different working states and dynamic by changing speed、torque、damping coefficient and so on. Finally, in order to verify the correctness of the simulation results, we compare  the theoretical data with simulation results, we can get the speed fluctuation and stress situation of parts in planetary gear mechanism from this research, which can be the theoretical basis of the planetary gear mechanism’s optimal design.
