基于FMEA风险评价和FTA定量分析的风电机组维修决策

摘要:从故障模式出发,在对风电机组典型故障模式进行详细的FMEA分析及FTA分析的基础上,利用基于RPN与AHP相结合的FMEA风险评价方法,计算出风电机组典型故障模式的风险等级,作为并发故障处理优先次序的决策依据;同时利用FTA定量分析方法,建立故障模式发生概率计算模型,得到该故障模式下所有基本事件概率重要度,作为多故障原因按序排查的决策依据;最终对照FMEA表获得已发生故障模式的维修流程和具体措施,可减少维修业务盲目性,实现风电机组科学维修决策。

Maintenance Decision of Wind Turbines Based on FMEA Risk Assessment and FTA Quantitative Analysis

Abstract:Based on the Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and fault tree analysis (FTA) with typical failure modes, a FMEA risk assessment method which combined with RPN and AHP is introduced in this paper. With this method, the risk level of typical failure modes of wind turbine are calculated which is the decision basis to determine priority for concurrent faults; then a model using FTA quantitative analysis method is built to calculate the probability importance of all basic events in the fault mode which is the decision basis to determine the check sequence for multiple fault causes; finally, the maintenance process and the specific measures of the failure mode could be acquired from the FMEA table. All of these works would reduce blindness of maintenance and realize scientific maintenance decision of wind turbines.
