泵头体锯齿形螺纹分析

摘要：泵头体寿命是往复泵性能好坏的一个重要指标，美制锯齿形螺纹在往复泵泵头体中应用广泛，锯齿形螺纹的寿命是决定泵头体寿命的重要因素之一。首先介绍了美制锯齿形螺纹在五缸柱塞泵上的应用及美制锯齿形螺纹的强度计算方法，然后针对压盖螺纹在使用过程中出现螺纹松动的问题，利用有限元方法对压盖进行了模态分析，找出螺纹松动的原因，最后提出了这种螺纹施加扭矩的方法和提高锯齿形螺纹联接强度的措施，为美制锯齿形的设计计算提供了参考方法。

Analysis Buttress Thread of Cylinder Block

Abstract：Cylinder’s life is a very important index of reciprocating pump, and BUTT thread is popular used on Cylinder Block, its life is one important factors to decide cylinder’s life. This paper introduced BUTT applied on quintuple pump and it was unlocked when using sometimes first, analysis how to calculate the strength of BUTT secondly, using FEA modal analysis to find the reason of cylinder cover vibration thirdly, claim how to apply torque on BUTT and how to enhance the strength of BUTT in the end, so it is reference of design BUTT.
