一种新型上板机的结构设计

摘要:在硅酸钙板生产线的原有上板机基础上重新设计了一种上板机,主要由滑动小车、气缸、吸盘架、橡胶真空吸盘、曲柄连杆式机构和机架组成[1]。滑动小车摒弃传统的真空管道和抽风机,大大降低了整体设备的耗能量;吸盘架采用杠杆传动机构代替繁琐的导套、导柱机构,气缸提升力更小;小车往返运动采用新型的曲柄连杆滑块机构运输,大大缩短了小车往返行程、加快了小车的运行速度。该新型上板机能极大提高板料的运输效率,应用效果显著。

The Structure Designing of a New Type of Board Loader

Abstract:Redesign a new structural board loader by the composition of sliding trolley, cylinder, suction cups, rubber vacuum sucker, crank connecting rod mechanism and the frame on original board loader from the calcium silicate board production line. Sliding car abandoned traditional vacuum tube and exhauster, greatly reduces the energy consumption of whole equipment; Suction cup frame adopts lever actuator instead of tedious guide bush, guide pin, cylinder lifting force smaller; The car back and forth movement with new crank connecting rod slider mechanism of transportation, greatly reducing the car trips, accelerates the speed of the car. This new board loader greatly improves the transportation efficiency of sheet metal, and the application effect is remarkable.
