轨道交通车辆内饰扶手的设计及安装工艺

摘要：地铁车辆内饰扶手是车辆的重要配件，要求基于人体工程学基础，保证列车在任何操作状态下均能承受乘客任何的冲击力。从北京轨道交通十六号线车辆（A型地铁）内饰扶手的设计及安装工艺出发，对车辆各区域扶手的功能及尺寸、扶手的材质选择、接口设计、安装方式进行了说明，主要包括中部立柱、座椅区扶手、门区扶手、贯通道扶手、侧顶板扶手，以期为地铁车辆内装工艺提供参考依据。

Design and Installation of the Interior Decoration Armrest of Metro Vehicle

Abstract：The interior decoration armrest is one of the important parts of the metro vehicle, which aims to withstand the shock of the passenger under any operating condition. The study is based on the design and installation of the interior decoration armrest of metro vehicle for Beijing Line 16 ( Model A metro vehicle ). We state the function, dimension, the material of the armrest, interface design and the installation method of armrest, including the stanchion, seat area armrest, door area armrest, passage vestibule armrest and the side roof armrest. This paper was expected to offer some reference for the design and installation of the interior decoration armrest of metro vehicle.
