BSG轴承用高温高速高载荷试验机的开发与应用

摘要:以自主开发BSG轴承用高温高速高载荷试验机为目的展开了以下研究:进行试验机机械结构的整体设计;设计开发轴向和径向加载装置,真实模拟轴承实际运转过程中承受的载荷;设计开发基于PID控制的加热装置,可以准确控制测试环境的温度;设计试验机的控制系统及软件系统;制造出BSG轴承用高温高速高载荷试验机样机,完成设备调试、系统运行与改进;利用该设备进行轴承的寿命试验。通过对试验数据分析表明,试验机结构设计合理,性能可靠。

The Development and Application of High Temperature High Speed and High Load Testing Machine for BSG Bearing

Abstract:In this paper, the following research has been carried out for the purpose of developing a high temperature and high speed high load testing machine for BSG bearings: The integral design of the testing machine mechanical structure; Design and development of axial and radial loading device, real simulation of the bearing load in the actual operation of the bearing; Design and development of heating device based on PID control, the precise control of the temperature fluctuation of testing environment can be realized; Design testing machine control system and software system; Produce the BSG bearing with high temperature high speed and high load testing machine prototype, Complete equipment debugging, system operation and improvement; Using the equipment to carry on the bearing life test. Through the analysis of experimental data shows that the structure design is reasonable, the performance is reliable.
