35 kV及以下交联电缆生产过程控制研究

摘要：主要针对35 kV及以下交联电缆在实际生产过程中如何保证产品质量稳定，从原材料、生产设备及每道工序（拉丝、绞制、交联绝缘）等分步骤进行了分析和建议。首先必须要有稳定的设备，其次需要找到适合自身设备和使用条件的优质原材料，最后是工艺参数的固化标准化，生产过程的严密监控、实现生产可控化，还需要辅助的一系列工装、辅材等。

Abstract：This paper mainly analyzed and suggested how to ensure the quality stability of the XLPE insulated cables for working voltages up to and including 26/35kV in the actual manufacturing process from several aspects, such as raw materials, production equipment and process control of drawing, stranding and insulating. Firstly, the equipment with good performance and stability is needed. In addition, it is very important to use the proper equipment for each product as well as the high-quality raw materials. Eventually, the constant and normalized technological parameters are also important. At the same time, in order to closely monitor the production process and realize the controllable manufacture, there are still need a series of auxiliary tooling equipment and supplementary materials.
