摘要:针对薄壁件加工过程中易产生变形等问题,提出了利用有限元法对铣削工程进行三维仿真的方法,利用仿真软件,建立了铣削加工的有限元模型,对工件变形及切削的变化规律进行了分析。最后,利用分析结果对铣削参数进行调整优化,来减少工件变形,保证加工精度。

Finite Element Analysis of Milling Simulation

Abstract:This paper aimed at the problem of the thin wall parts in the process of deformation.Using the finite element software to simulation the milling process in the 3D condition.By usingsimulation software, the milling process is established, and the changing law of the deformation and cutting of the workpiece is analyzed.Finally, the milling parameters are optimized by using the analysis results to reduce the deformation of the workpiece and ensure the accuracy.
