离心泵流场仿真有限元分析优化

摘要:随着计算流体学(CFD)技术的发展,为水泵设计计算带来了更好的研究方法。应用流体动力学软件FLUENT,采用多参考系坐标模型和标准κ-ε双方程湍流模型,对一种标准离心泵的内部流场进行模拟计算,通过对泵内流场的压力分布和速度分布进行分析,得到其内的流动状态,并与实验性能曲线进行对比,并根据结果优化泵体设计,为提高泵体效率提供了理论依据。

Abstract:With the development of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technology, It brings a better research method for the design and calculation of pump. Use fluid dynamics software FLUENT, using multiple reference coordinate model and the standard κ-ε turbulence model, simulate and calculate for the internal flow field of a standard centrifugal pump. Through the pressure and velocity distribution, get the flow state, and compared with the experimental performance curves, so provides a theoretical basis for improving the efficiency of the pump body.
