CDK66610CBEV客车底盘悬架偏频分析

摘要:建立了CDK66610CBEV车型的底盘悬架系统的三维几何模型和有限元模型,根据具体的设计工况和相关设计要求进行了边界条件定义与载荷施加,完成了有限元分析,获得了应力和应变云图。根据有限元分析结果,计算出底盘悬架的强度和偏频参数,计算结果表明该车型底盘悬架的强度和振动频率都满足设计要求。

The Offset Frequency Analysis for CDK66610CBEV Bus Chassis Suspension

Abstract:The geometric model and the finite element model of CDK66610CBEV vehicle chassis suspension system were established. And according to the requirements of the specific design conditions the definition and load boundary conditions were imposed. On the basis, the finite element analysis was completed, Finally got the stress and strain contours. According to the results of finite element analysis, the intensity and offset frequency were calculated. The results show that the strength and vibration frequency of the vehicle chassis suspension all meet the design requirements.
