高层住宅楼烟道密封防火的设计

摘要：针对目前高层住宅烟道排放能力不足、密封不严、防火能力差等缺陷，设计出了一种自动化程度高、安全可靠性强、可自动防火关闭烟道的高层住宅楼烟道密封防火装置，采用自动控制的方式驱动齿轮齿条机构以及滑块连杆机构实现烟道密封板自动关闭和开启。

Abstract：Currently there are some vulnerabilities in the flue seal of high-rise residence, such as deficient discharge capacity, untight seal, poor fireproof ability. In view of the problems above, a kind of high degree of automation, safe and reliability high-rise residential building flue fire sealing device was designed, which can be used to automatically close the flue of the high-rise residence.
