双向冲击气缸内嵌三位五通换向阀动态特性的研究

摘要:针对内嵌换向阀的单向冲击气缸在气化炉振打系统使用过程中出现的回程慢问题,提出双向冲击气缸以及内嵌换向阀的改进方法,使用AMESim软件对换向阀进行了仿真分析,通过其动态特性能够确定双向冲击气缸的最佳工作压力以优化整体性能,并为内嵌换向阀的冲击气缸优化提供依据。结果表明,在0.2~0.35 MPa工作压力范围内,阀芯的换向时间不变,压力越大,阀芯的驱动时间越短;随气源压力增大,焓流量、质量流量逐渐增大且持续时间越长;因此,宜使用0.3~0.35 MPa的压力来提高气缸内换向阀的性能。

Study on the Dynamic Characteristics of the 3/5-Way Valve in a Two Direction Impact Cylinder

Abstract:For embedded valve one-way impact cylinder in the gasifier vibration system appeared in the process of return to the slow, impact of the two-way cylinder and embedded valve of the improved method is proposed, to valve is simulated and analyzed using AMESim software exchange, through the dynamic characteristics to ascertain the optimal operating pressure for bidirectional impact cylinder to optimize the overall performance and is embedded in the valve impact cylinder optimization provides the basis. The results show that in 0.2~0.35 MPa working pressure range, valve core of reversing time invariant, greater pressure, the spool driving time is short. With the increase of air pressure, enthalpy flow, mass flow increases gradually and the longer the duration; therefore, should use 0.3~0.35 MPa pressure to improve the performance of the cylinder valve.
