立式光学测量计工作台的改进设计

摘要:针对现阶段各类型实验室使用的立式光学测量计在测量圆柱度时均是孤立的高副线接触导致测量过程难控的问题,设计了一个可调的V形槽和操作平面相配合的工作台,既保证了测量的精度,而且可调的V形槽可以限制水平方向前后的自由度,使塞规(或不同类型的圆柱)只可以在水平方向的左右移动和周向转动,实现操作过程的可控,操作方便,且价格低廉。

Improved Design of Workbench for Vertical Optical Measuring Instrument

Abstract:Vertical optical measuring instrument was used for measuring cylindricity for all types of laboratory only by the method of high pair line contact at present, which led to a difficult controlling to a measurement process. In order to solve the problem above, a workbench having an adjustable V-shaped groove was designed to ensure the accuracy of measurement. The adjustable V-shaped groove can be used to restrict the freedom of the horizontal direction, so that the plug gauge (or different type of cylinders) can only be moved and rotated in the horizontal direction. The improved design of workbench made the controllable operation process, easy operation, and low prices possible.
