摘要:在HyperMesh中建立了滚筒洗衣机箱体有限元模型,利用OptiStruct求解器进行模态分析,并对洗衣机箱体在一阶模态频率高于工作频率的要求下进行了形貌优化。根据优化结果确定洗衣机箱体的加强肋合理布局,提高箱体刚度,避免了洗衣机脱水工作时箱体与电机激励发生共振,降低振动和噪声。

Structure Design of Drum Washing Machine Case Based on Topography Optimization

Abstract:In this paper, the finite element model of the cabinet of drum washing machine was established in HyperMesh, completed the modal analysis and topography optimization with OptiStruct solver Under the condition that the first mode frequency is higher than the operating frequency. According to the optimization results, the reasonable layout of the box body of the washing machine is determined, the rigidity of the box body is improved, the box body and the motor excitation resonance are avoided, and the vibration and noise are reduced.
