烟草除杂机均风板均风效果数值模拟

摘要:简要介绍了烟草除杂机中均风板的作用及重要性,对烟草除杂机模型进行简化后建立三维几何模型和计算流体力学仿真模型。针对进风口位置不同对系统进行了仿真模拟。对比分析了两种工况下流场内的空气速度场和压力场以及出口处的速度分布情况。结果表明:均风板均风效果良好,能很好地辅助烟草平稳运动,且进风口位置对于烟草的运动没有什么影响。

Numerical Simulation of the Effect of the Average Wind Deflect in Tobacco Sorter

Abstract:The average wind deflect plays an important role in tobacco sorter. In this paper, the 3D model and CFD analysis model are established firstly, and then simulated the system about the different positions of the air inlet. the velocity flied distribution of air and outlet and the pressure flied distribution are calculated and analyzed in two cases. The calculated results demonstrate that the average wind deflect has a good effect and are very useful to stabilize tobacco, and the position of the inlet has no effect on the movement of tobacco.
