渐开线弧齿圆柱齿轮有限元模态分析

摘要:为了改善渐开线弧齿圆柱齿轮的工作状态,避免其在传动系统中因激励而产生共振,建立弧齿轮的三维模型并导入ANSYS Workbench进行有限元模态分析。对渐开线弧齿圆柱齿轮的振动特性进行研究,从而分析获得该齿轮在低阶模态下的主振型和固有频率。分析不同参数下固有频率的变化规律,为齿轮设计参数提供了参考依据,为该齿轮传动系统的振动特性分析、振动故障诊断与预报以及齿轮的动力学特性分析提供理论支持。

Modal Analysis of Involute Cylindrical Gear with Arcuate Tooth Trace by FEM

Abstract:In order to improve the design efficiency of cylindrical gear with arcuate tooth trace and improve the reliability of the work, it is avoided to generate resonance in the drive system. Three dimensional model of the gear is set up and its finite element modal analysis is carried out by ANSYS. The natural vibration characteristic of the gear is studied, and the low order natural vibration frequency and the main vibration mode of the gear are obtained. The variation law of the natural frequency under different parameters is analyzed, which provides reference for the design of gear. This provides theoretical support for the analysis of vibration characteristics, fault diagnosis , and the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the gear.
