关于多个油缸同步动作的实用方法

摘要:在实际生产应用中多支油缸同时工作时,保持其同步性对于设备的稳定性来说异常关键。虽然目前解决方法有很多,但是通过比例液压阀控制相对于其他方法显得最为有效便捷。通过对比例阀的研究与延伸,在多支油缸上安装位置传感器,通过对比例阀通电、断电而改变其阀芯的相对位置,继而与弹簧相互作用控制各油缸的进油量与回油量,使得整个过程一直处在连续检测、调整的状态,阀芯位移也可以以机械、液压或电的形式进行反馈,最终通过电气控制使得多支油缸达到同步效果。

A Practical Method for the Synchronous Operation of Multiple Cylinders

Abstract:How to keep the synchronization of multiple cylinders in the practical production and application is very important to the stability of the equipment. Although there are many ways to solve the problem, but through the proportional hydraulic valve control is the most effective and convenient compared to other methods. This paper through the proportional valve research and extension, in a plurality of cylinder installation position sensor, through the proportional valve through the electric power, and change the relative position of the valve core, then interacts with the spring control each cylinder oil inlet amount and back oil quantity, makes the whole process has been in a state of continuous inspection, adjustment, spool displacement can also in the form of mechanical, hydraulic or electrical feedback, finally through the electrical control of the oil cylinder to achieve synchronization effect.
