一种小型平压平模切机的结构优化设计

摘要:针对胶贴制品的模切加工特点,进行一种小型平压平模切机的结构优化设计,改善进料出料装置结构,增加蜗轮调节机构。首先利用SolidWorks软件进行模切机的整体建模,并介绍各个机构的工作原理,分析各装置的传动过程。其次根据加工的产品特点对进料装置结构、出料装置结构、蜗轮调节机构进行了系统地设计及传动分析。进料出料装置能够达到很好的自动送料收料作用,蜗轮调节机构能够调节冲程,设备的模切工艺得到了改善。

The Structure Design of Automatic Device Used to Feed and Discharge Materials for Die-Cutting Machine

Abstract:According to the characteristics of die cutting processing used for the glue decals products, a structure optimization design for small die-cutting machine has been put forward, it improves the feeding and discharging device structure, and increases the worm wheel regulating device. First of all, the whole model of die-cutting machine is designed by SolidWorks software, and it introduces the working principle of these agencies in it, also analyzes the transmission. Secondly, according to the characteristics of the processed products, the feeding device structure, discharging device structure, worm wheel regulating device are designed systematically, and their transmissions also have been analyzed. These devices can achieve good effect of automatic feeding and discharging material, the worm wheel regulating device can adjust stroke distance, these improve the equipment of die cutting process.
