船舶舾装数控激光切割机关键技术研究

摘要:针对现有船舶舾装数控激光切割机作业曲线受限、转角作业损伤工件以及作业过程中遇到障碍物损毁电机的问题,从激光切割头多自由度旋转控制的优化设计、增加转角保护系统及船舶舾装数控激光切割机外力过载保护器等三方面对船舶舾装激光切割机关键技术进行研究,实现了激光切割机对船舶舾装任意形状工件的切割功能,解决了激光切割工件易损伤和切割机电机易烧毁等问题。

Abstract:In consideration of the fact that the existing ship outfitting CNC laser cutting machine is limited to certain curve, damages the workpiece when turning operation and damages it’s own motor when meeting obstacles, the optimized design of laser cutting head multi-freedom rotation controlling, adding corner job protection system and developing external overload protector is discussed, the function that laser cutting machine cuts arbitrary shaped ship outfitting workpiece is achieved, and the problem that workpiece and motor is easy to damage is well solved.
