摘要:利用UG对电潜螺杆泵专用减速装置进行了设计,旨在仿真研究专用减速器运动情况,从而获得关键的尺寸参数。采用干涉检查进一步优化专用减速器的三维结构,获得优化设计后的三维装配图。在优化后的专用减速器的结构基础上,完成了专用减速器的运动仿真。研究表明,电潜螺杆泵专用减速器采用了传动比为-18的K-H-V型行星减速器结构。采用UG优化和设计的减速器主要由中心轴、外齿轮、内齿轮、浮盘、端盖、偏心轴、轴承和外壳等组成。该优化设计后的专用减速器能够满足径向尺寸为145 mm和功率为15 kW的要求。

Simulation and Design of Special Reducer used by Electric Submersible Screw Pump Based on UG

Abstract:Special reducer used by electric submersible screw pump was designed using by UG in the study. The purpose of this study is dedicated to simulate reducer movement, and the sizes of the key parameters of the reducer are achieved. The three-dimensional structure of special reducer is optimized using check of intervention process, and 3D assembly drawing after optimized design is obtained. Kinematics simulation of reducer is done on the basis of the optimized reducer structure. This study has shown that special reducer used by electric submersible screw pump used the K-H-V type planetary gear reducer of -18 transmission ratio. The reducer using UG optimization and design is mainly composed of center shaft, outer gear, internal gear, floating plate, end cover, eccentric shaft, bearing and the shell, etc. Special reducer can satisfy after the optimization design can satisfy the requirement for the radial size of 145 mm and the power of 15 kW.
