连续油管滚压连接有限元分析及结构优化

摘要:连续油管与各种井下工具之间的连接是制约连续油管推广应用的一个重要因素。首先基于连续油管与万向节的连接方式通过受力分析对滚压连接进行失效分析,主要有剪断和滑脱两种失效形式,然后以Φ38.1×3.18 mm连续油管为例建立二维模型并基于ANSYS进行有限元分析,得出连续油管连接处应力与应变分布结果以及最大应力所在位置,最后分别改变圆弧槽的半径、弧高及倒角尺寸进行有限元分析,对连接槽的尺寸进行优化,确定了连接槽为半圆弧槽且其半径为1.9 mm,最佳个数为3个。

Finite Element Analysis and Structural Optimization of Rolling Connection of Coiled Tubing

Abstract:The connection between coiled tubing and all kinds of down hole tools is an important factor restricting the application of coiled tubing. This paper is based on the connection between coiled tubing and universal joint, to carry on a failure analysis of rolling connection by force analysis, shear off and slippage are the two primary failure mode, then build an model uesd the coiled tubing Φ38.1×3.18 mm as an example ,and finite element analysis by ANSYS, moreover, obtain the results of the stress distribution and the location where the maximum stress exists. Finally, change the size of the semidiameter、arc length and chamfer and limited element analysis, optimize the connection groove size, determine the best radius of semi-circular groove is 1.9 mm and the best number is 3.
