圆弧形螺纹结构的承载特性研究

摘要:利用ABAQUS软件建立螺纹连接的轴对称有限元模型,对特殊的圆弧形螺纹结构承载特性进行分析,结果表明:圆弧形螺纹结构连接件的最大应力节点一般位于螺栓与螺母第一啮合齿的螺栓齿根处,轴向荷载主要由前三个啮合齿承担,最大应力值与外加荷载呈非线性性递增关系;以最大应力节点为起点,螺栓沿水平路径和竖直路径的应力演变特征鲜明,可以为连接件的结构优化和性能改进提供依据;当轴向荷载较小且公差配合间隙足够时,由于最大应力节点的位置发生变化,连接件的最大应力值会随螺栓与螺母的公差配合间隙出现明显波动。

Research on Carrying Characteristic of the Arc-Shaped Thread Structure

Abstract:Using the ABAQUS software, the axial symmetric finite element model of threaded connection was established, and then the carrying characteristic of the arc-shaped thread structure was analyzed. Results showed that: the maximum stress node of arc-shaped thread connection was usually located the first engaging tooth root of the bolts, the axial load was mainly distributed on the first three engaging tooth, while, the maximum stress value increased non-linearly with the applied axial load; Stating from the maximum stress node, the features of stress evolution was very clear alone both horizontal path and vertical path on the bolts, which can prove a basis for the structural optimization and performance improvement of the arc- shaped thread connection; When the axial load was small and the tolerance was large enough, the maximum stress fluctuated obviously with the tolerance increasing because of the change of the maximum stress node.
