摘要:放线滑车是架空输电线布置过程中必须使用的工具,悬挂器用于将它悬挂在铁塔的横担上,现场使用的悬挂方式粗犷。通过对现场条件,特别是目前使用悬挂方式的不足进行分析,设计了三种形式的悬挂器,分别说明了它们的结构特征和工作原理,并分析它们的优劣势。基于有限元计算软件对悬挂器和铁塔承载角钢的应力分析,确定了L型悬挂器的钢锁孔的横向尺寸。

Structure Design of Suspension Device for String Blocks of Overhead Transmission Lines

Abstract:The suspension device is used to suspense the string block on the cross arm of the iron tower. The string block must be employed in the assignment process of overhead transmission lines. Based on the requirement analysis, especially the disadvantage of the tool used at present, three different structures of suspension device are designed, whose structure characteristics, work principles, the advantages and disadvantages are explained in detail. The dimension in the horizontal direction of L type suspension device is decided based on the finite element stress analysis of the suspension device and the load-bearing angle steel.
