一种基于数控机床的插铣加工方法

摘要:对航空铸件类机箱产品采用插床加工进行了研究,研究发现该类型产品均存在需要进行加工的垂直面且尺寸精度要求较高。通过对航空铸件类机箱产品常规加工方法的总结及探索,提出一种可在数控机床上进行插铣的加工方法。自制发明一种可用于数控机床的专用刀具,利用机床主轴的垂直运动,达到加工垂直面的工艺要求。该方法相对于普通插床具有效率高、加工表面质量高、可程序控制等优点。目前已推广应用于各类航空惯导、飞控铸件机箱印制板插槽的插铣加工。

A Method Based on Numerical Control Machine Tool for Milling Machine

Abstract:On the aerial castings chassis products by slotting machine processing were studied, the study found that the type of product there are needs for processing vertical surfaces and dimensional accuracy requirements higher. Through the summary and exploration of aviation casting case products of conventional machining method, proposes a processing method of plunge milling in NC machine tool. A homemade invention can be used for special NC machine tool, the vertical movement of the machine spindle, meet the requirements of processing in vertical plane. This method is compared with the ordinary slotting machine with high efficiency, high machining surface quality, process control, etc. Plunge milling has been applied to all kinds of aviation navigation, flight control board slot chassis castings.
