双容水箱液位的内模PID控制研究

摘要:通过把经典通用的PID的控制方法与内部模型控制技术的优良特点相结合,设计出内部模型PID的控制的理论算法,并且在软件仿真中对双容水箱的液位进行控制。双容液位的仿真控制是在MATLAB软件中实现,根据被控对象的传递函数建立二阶系统控制模型,并且通过内部模型比例积分微分(IMC-PID)的控制算法来完成对两个水箱的水位的高度进行目标控制。通过内模PID控制算法能够比较迅速的整定出最优PID参数,简化了整个整定过程,并且对二阶系统控制效果也能达到最优化。

Abstract:This article is through the excellent characteristics of the classical control approaches of general purpose for the PID with the internal model control technique of mutual connection, and then design a control algorithm of the internal model of PID on the double tank liquid level in the simulation and in the experimental environment for control. The level control simulation of double liquid capacity is implemented in the MATLAB software. According to the transfer function of that controlled objects that the second order system control model is established, And through the internal model of the proportional integral differential (IMC-PID) control algorithm to realize the control of the double tank liquid level. The optimal PID parameters can be set more quickly through internal model PID control algorithm, and that is overwhelmingly streamlining the entireness transversion of adjusting, and more the control effect of second order system  also can achieve optimal.
