反应堆放射性物质沉积装置的热工分析及结构设计

摘要:依据某四代核电反应堆蒸汽发生器一回路管道的结构尺寸、运行参数及环境等,设计了一套放射性物质的沉积装置。该装置主要用于测量Cs-134、Cs-137、Sr-89、Sr-90、Ag-110m和I-131在金属表面的沉积情况,以预测其在一回路不同管段的沉积规律。采用间壁式换热器的设计理念,将管路划分为长度不同四个区段进行热工计算,并保证各区段管侧氦气的温降一致。对传热原理和热工计算方法进行了分析讨论,并对结构设计中的一些关键要素进行了阐述。

Thermal Analysis and Structural Design of Deposition Device for Radioactive Materials from Nuclear Reactor

Abstract:A deposition device for radioactive materials is designed basing on the structure, operating and environment parameters of SG primary loop of a fourth generation nuclear reactor. The device is mainly used for measuring the deposition of Cs-134, Cs-137, Sr-89, Sr-90, Ag-110m and I-131 in different metal surfaces, to predict their deposition law in different sections of SG primary loop. The dividing wall-type heat exchanger design principle is adopted and the tube of the device is divided into four sections for thermal calculation. Each section has different tube length which ensures the consistent helium temperature drop in these sections. The heat transfer process and thermal calculation method are discussed, and the key points of structural design are described.
